The missing woman's sister says that they are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Stephanie. The young woman's sister says that Stephanie hasn't reached out to any of her coworkers or friends while missing, which is a truly disturbing bit of info considering her car and phone have been found abandoned.

There are several questions that need answered in regards to this case. For instance, why would this missing woman "go for a drive," only for her car and cellphone to end up three hours away from where she was last seen? So far there have been no details to imply that she had intended to drive all the way to Richmond from Henrico—nor are there any details indicating that she may have been in trouble or had plans to go in that area. Did this missing woman have any relationship problems? Was she involved in any criminal behavior? Or was Stephanie Hayden the victim of a random crime? Another possibility to consider could be the possibility that this missing woman simply abandoned her phone and car in an attempt to voluntarily disappear. Hopefully some more answers come out in this case soon.

One thing is for certain: When a missing person's vehicle is located before they are, foul play is usually a circumstance of their disappearance. Authorities haven't indicated whether or not any forensic evidence was collected at the scene of Hayden's abandoned vehicle, but it goes without saying that this search has turned into an investigation of sorts.

While detectives in Henrico work to figure out how this missing woman's car made it three hours away from her home, her loved ones are asking for help in finding out where she is.
