My name is Gregg Hoffman, and I have been a personal trainer for 23 years. During that time, I have owned and operated 2 personal training studios, had affiliate teaching programs with both Heritage College and Emily Griffith Opportunity college in Denver, hired and trained over 100 personal trainers, and have personally trained over 500 clients. I also have been named one of the top 100 trainers in America according to Men's Journal, December 2004 (a great honor!). I have been certified by the American Council on Exercise for 17 years, and have studied under Paul Chek (the C.H.E.K institute) and I have been strongly influenced by Dr. Ellington Darden and his High Intensity Training approach. Moreover, our personal training studio has been voted one of the top 5 personal training studios in Denver by A-List.
I have developed and teach an exercise program called the HYSTRENGTH(sm) training program that only takes 90 minutes a week for optimal health. It is an online certification program for personal trainers.
I also wrote two books on ftiness and health you can find on Amazon. One is called Proven Strategies for Losing Cellulite, and the other book is called Lose the Menopot. I am currently writing another book called Buff After 50. The target date is June 2019.
