Mona Sabalones Gonzalez is a veteran editor, columnist and writer in the Philippines for local and regional magazines and newspapers. She is currently a columnist of Enrich Magazine (circulated in five countries), where she writes the column, Home Safety First. Enrich Magazine has also published a series of her children's stories, "The Franco and Martin Box Series". In 2015 she edited and wrote six page summaries of case studies for the APEC Summit. The subject matter dealt with success stories of big companies that merged their work by hiring SMEs for supply and/or other needs, in this way bringing these SMEs into the global value chain. Mona contributes articles to Business Mirror, and the Philippine Daily Inquirer. She has ghost written a number of books and ebooks, and wrote a chapter for the compilation book, Faces of the New Millennium, where she focused on beautiful faces from the Philippines in the 1970s.
